FAQs

How Much Does a Session Cost?

The initial nutrition assessment costs $200, and follow-up nutrition sessions cost $175. Feel free to contact me with any additional financial questions.

Do You Offer Reduced Costs Sessions?

I offer a limited number of reduced cost spaces for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients based on financial need. Currently my sliding scale spots are all filled, however you can contact me to inquire about the waitlist or other options.

Do You Take Insurance?

I do not accept any in-network services at this time. However, I am able to provide you with a monthly “Superbill” to submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.

FSA and HSA accounts can also be used to cover nutrition counseling sessions.

Do You Offer In-Person Services?

No, currently all of my service are virtual only.

Why Only Virtual Services?

In addition to safety concerns due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, I have found that not only are virtual nutrition sessions as effective as in-person sessions, but virtual sessions also offer an additional level of flexibility for my clients.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

If you need to cancel a session, please give me 48 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged for the full cost of the session. Exceptions will be made for documented emergencies. If you need to reschedule, please contact me ASAP, as my schedule does not always allow for this.
